Conditions appear to be deteriorating further, as stocks on our watchlist that were showing relative strength are now joining the selloff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Despite the recent weakness, the Nasdaq is still above the March low and only needs one follow-through day to produce a buy signal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.morpheustrading.com\/~rick\/\/charts\/2021\/210325NAZ.png\" alt=\"\" title=\"\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The S&amp;P 500 closed below the 20-day EMA for the first time since reclaiming the average on 3\/9&nbsp; and is in danger of losing its uptrend status if there is further weakness on Thursday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.morpheustrading.com\/~rick\/\/charts\/2021\/210325SPX.png\" alt=\"\" title=\"\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The DJIA is now the only index we follow that is still trading above the 20-da EMA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There isn&#8217;t much to write about tonight.
