MTG Market Timing Model – sell

Commentary:

The price action on the daily chart of the Nasdaq Composite continues to improve.

Last week, the index reclaimed the 20 and 50-day MAs and set a higher low (HL). On Tuesday, the Nasdaq traded above a prior swing high and is technically no longer in a downtrend. Add in last week’s follow-through day and conditions have improved quite a bit the last two weeks.

The model portfolio added one new position in $ASAN and added to current positions $LC, $SE, $DDOG, and $DOCN.

We bought $LC due to the bullish reversal action on Tuesday.

$CFLT is not an official setup but could be in play if the price opens above Tuesday’s close and holds.

There are no new official setups for Wednesday, but the $CRWD buy stop order remains live.

The model portfolio is at 9 positions. 12-13 is our max.
