This is not our usual CANSLIM-based setup in a growth stock. This is a swing trade in $RIOT for a quick pop in a stock that is moving off the lows.  

The entry is based on Monday’s tight-ranged inside day just below the 8-day ema. The buy stop is over Monday’s high. $MARA , as stock in the same group has a similar look.

$TSLA has held up well but would like to see another week or two of rest to allow the 20-day EMA to catch up.

Stocks bounced back late Friday afternoon leading to decent reversal action on the daily charts of most broad-based indexes.

The Nasdaq 100 and S&P 500 closed in the upper half of the day’s range and held on to the 8-day ema.

$SEDG is not an official setup but has held up well the past few days at the 20-day EMA after a second false breakout.

$NVDA failed to follow-through on our initial entry above the 3-day high.

As such, we sold $NVDA on the failed breakout and are looking for a potential re-entry point on the pullback.

Nasdaq Composite fought off some morning weakness and closed with a solid +1.8% gain on higher volume. Let’s see how the Nasdaq deals with resistance form the prior high and 200-day MA just above.

Conditions are improving with both indexes (Nasdaq Composite & S&P 500) in lockout rally mode.

There are three new setups for Tuesday along with the $SEDG add from Monday’s report.

First up is $NVDA, which has a bullish two-day pause within a strong uptrend as it forms the right side of its base. The buy entry is over the three-day high with a stop below Monday’s low.

Stocks continue to push higher, led by energy.

The buying in growth stocks has also picked up, so we should see some decent buy setups emerge during next few weeks.
